Volunteers
We are very grateful to all our wonderful volunteers at Holy Trinity Twickenham. From the Sunday School helpers to the Flower Team, the time and effort donated by members of our congregation makes an amazing difference to the church community.
It is important to us that everyone can feel safe participating in church activities. All those who volunteer to work with children, young people or vulnerable adults will be required to complete a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service. The level of this check will depend on the voluntary role applied for. The check will be overseen by our Church Safeguarding Officer.
The forms to complete the DBS check can be collected from church on a Sunday or you can download and print them at the links below. Please read the Volunteer Job Role before fully completing the Application Form and Confidential Declaration Form.

Once all forms are complete, the Church Safeguarding Officer will be in touch to arrange a time to check your identification. You will need to show 3 forms of identification, of which at least one will have a photo and one will be a current proof of address.
